  I gave a 2 star review because the guys sent were not the best. There was an older gentleman and an extremely young gentleman who didn't seem to know what he was doing. The older gentleman pretty much did everything by himself, while the younger gentleman was on his phone half of the time and the other half he acted as if he didn't understand what the older gentleman was asking him to do. I (the client) had to assist multiple times with the older gentleman because the younger guy either was not around or was standing there like a deer caught in headlights. Not to mention, the younger guy was late. I will say, the older gentleman definitely did everything I asked and provided quality customer service although I can tell he wasn't too excited about some of my request; he still made it happen. Overall, I would still never book this company again or refer them to anyone.

  They were efficient. I didn’t realize that they don’t put furniture together, but they did help with my bed frame to get that upright for me.

  These gentlemen were awesome. They had to come a little later than expected but they stayed and got the job done efficiently and safely. I will use these guys again. I recommend you do too. They're very strong and very capable.
